My goal was to focus on weight loss here, and lose weight.  Something in the formula is really screwed up, unfortunately.  Well, the last time I actually ran on the treadmill, my weight had ballooned up to 208 pounds.  That was right around Easter, for those of you keeping score at home.  At that point, I just decided to forget about it for a while. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I started playing basketball regularly and eating way less.  By way less, I mean the amount that I should be eating.  Anyway, I have dropped 20 pounds since then.
